Kelly grew up in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado. She attended the University of Denver where she received her bachelor of science degree in biology and chemistry. She worked as a research assistant for the Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes at the University of Colorado for six years before beginning her physician assistant training. Kelly knew from a young age she wanted to be in the medical field, however her time spent working with patients with type 1 diabetes solidified her decision to become a physician assistant. She attended Pacific University in Oregon where she earned her MS in physician assistant studies. Kelly has worked as a PA in Seattle, Wash., before finding her way back to Colorado. She is happy to be back home, serving our community. When she is not caring for patients, you can find her skiing, mountain biking, rafting and spending time with her family, friends, and her chocolate lab, Max!
