Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Natalie completed her undergraduate education with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Cell Science at the University of Florida. Between undergrad and graduate school, she worked as a Medical Scribe at the University of Florida Health Level 1 Trauma Unit for two years. She then moved to Colorado and started a scribe program for OrthoAspen, and additionally worked as a seasonal Medical Assistant. It was then that she developed a passion for Orthopedics.
Natalie returned to the University of Florida to obtain her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies. During her training, she did a rotation with OrthoAspen in February 2019 and was hired as a Physician Assistant at OrthoAspen in August 2019.
In her free time, Natalie enjoys anything that involves adrenaline and music. She plays the piano and some of her favorite sports include snowboarding, surfing and wake-boarding.
