OrthoAspen was pleased to welcome renowned trauma surgeon and professor, Dr. M.L. Chip Routt, Jr., as our Grand Rounds speaker on Friday, August 3. At the event which took place at the Limelight Hotel in downtown Aspen, Dr. Routt covered a variety of topics and shared best practices on how to successfully evaluate and manage acute pelvic and acetabluar traumatic injuries. As the Andrew R. Burgess, MD, Chair of Orthopedic Trauma Surgery at the University of Texas McGovern Medical School at Houston (UTHealth), Dr. Routt also shared important innovations in the field. Attendees of the talk benefited from this insightful presentation, which was followed by a question-and-answer session and networking reception.
