Access your health record with the smartphone app
You get all of the same features as the desktop version of the Patient Portal with the accessibility of your smartphone. Check your upcoming appointments, see new messages from your physician, securely view your medical records and keep up-to-date with medication prescriptions. The healow app is free and available on both the Apple app store and the Google Play store.

Right now, OrthoAspen, Cardiology, Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology (ENT) are available through the Patient Portal. The entire hospital will soon be able to be accessed here as well.
After your visit at one of our Patient Portal accessible clinics, your doctor will send you a username and password that will enable you to register for the Patient Portal. Once you register with your given login information, you can create your own unique username and password through your account.
No, you can use the same login for both our Patient Portal and the healow app as they communicate with each other through our practice code provided above.
